Both our Private Banking and Specialist Advice graduates start on salaries of approximately £27,250 per annum.

We also pay a £3,000 sign-on bonus to help ease your transition into the world of work and possibly pay off some of your student debts.

You will also receive a package of generous benefits associated with the financial services sector,  including 25 days' annual holiday (plus bank holidays), eligibility for The Royal Bank of Scotland Group profit share scheme and discretionary performance-related bonuses.

We also fund all approved study courses and examinations for employees on our Graduate Programme. Please note that we will only pay for the first sitting of any exam.
