Coutts is committed to training and development. During our programme, you will participate in a number of technical courses as well as training focusing on selling and presentation skills.

You will also be assigned a mentor. The mentor will be a senior manager who will provide invaluable support and guidance throughout your programme. The relationship is two-way and you can always talk to your mentor about the programme or any other issue. On top of this, colleagues and peers will  be on hand to offer further support should you need it.
