What happens to my application?

Once you have sent us your application, you will be contacted by one of our recruiting managers who will inform you of the outcome of your application and the selection process for your role.

Our selection process will vary for each of our roles but typically, if you are shortlisted you will be invited to an interview. This will be a competency-based interview designed to measure your technical knowledge. It is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about Coutts.

If you are successful at this stage then you may be invited to an assessment centre. The centres are designed to measure your skills in an objective yet challenging setting, and the day will involve a variety of activities.

If you are successful at this stage, you may also be invited to meet members of the team in a more informal environment.
